First, I did not find any difference between the track settings other than that the three are from a virtual instrument and the bypass one pure audio. The bass track bypasses totally the MixFX.
Only the tracks from Superior get their MixFX pre treatment while all go to Main bus. Three of the tracks (drum set, kick, snare) come from Superior and one is audio (bass). Passthrough is ON in Softube Tape.įour tracks go through a bus to the Main out. There are no other MixFX's in my project. In the Main out I have Softube Tape as MixFX. In my project I have ~20 tracks, 8 buses and Main out to the sound interface (Motu 828ES).
